Dany has served in pivotal roles such as the ‘Corporate Planning & Project Controls Leader’ and as ‘Planning & Project Controls Manager’ in mega projects leading large team of Planners.
With extensive experience spanning over 30 years in the construction and engineering sectors, Dany has provided mechanical engineering, cost engineering, planning, project management, forensic delay & disruption analysis, and claims management services to clients & employers in Australia, India, Hong Kong, Indonesia and the Middle East.
Dany’s portfolio includes some of the prestigious mega projects like Burj Khalifa, Dubai International Airport (Concourses II & III), Gorgon Gas Project, Waterfront Developments, etc.
Dany’s significant experience in time & cost claims, setting-up processes and procedure related to Claims and P&PC processes and specialisation in time & cost engineering and his extensive and versatile work experience Dany has established himself as a specialist in Programming & Project Controls.
As a P&PC Specialist, Dany has extensive experience in conducting Critical Path Method based Programming in Managing Contracts, EPC Contracts, etc. Dany also specialises in undertaking delay analysis, and disruption analyses (using measured mile, studied and baseline approaches) to quantify delay and losses due to disruption.
